There is a reason that the Sangre de Cristo Mountaineering School is the only guide service in America, confident enough of our entire staff and daily service to guarantee your satisfaction.

You can rest assured that you will receive top quality Service, Attention and Instruction every step of the way, from personal, sensitive office help, to individual attention and outstanding instruction and companionship while climbing with us here at the Sangre de Cristo Mountaineering School.

There is no way we could offer you this satisfaction guarantee if we did not provide quality service, all day, everyday, to you and to everyone who climbs with us here at SMS. The Sangre de Cristo Mountaineering School is continually looking for ways to improve its service and as a result, SMS is a true leader in providing consistent top quality service to everyone.

SMS will guarantee:

If you take any Course, Climb, or Expedition with SMS and are not satisfied with the quality of Service, Attention and Instruction your received, SMS will:

1. Work personally with you to outline what was the cause of your dissatisfaction.
2. Use this outline to make personal and individual adjustments, based on you and your needs, in the course, climb or expedition.
3. Reschedule you, at our expense, in this new, personally customized course, climb or expedition. Note: This rescheduling will be for the same course, climb or expedition in which you were not satisfied.
4. We ill continue to work with you and to reschedule you until you are satisfied with our Service, Attention and Instruction.

SMS will do it's best, however, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE:

• SUMMITS: That you will make it to the summit.
• WEATHER: That the weather will be good.
• GROUP COMPATIIBILITY: If you choose to climb in a group to save on the cost, that the members of the group will be completely compatible in personalities, pace or climbing levels.
• COMFORT AND TIREDNESS: That you will always be comfortable or never get tired.
• DISCOUNTED OUTINGS AND GROUPS: The guarantee only covers regular rates.
• SAFETY: SMS has a superb safety record, however, there are inherent risks and dangers in climbing such as weather, falling rock, etc. which we can not guarantee.
• NUMBERS/ALTITUDE: That you will be able to climb as high or as high rated climb as you may wish you could climb.

Note: ½ the cost of all expeditions goes to ground travel expenses. Therefore, a charge of ½ the cost of an expedition will be applied to any expedition rescheduled to meet our satisfaction guarantee.
